What applications are suitable with the radiofrequency unit BM-780 II?
It can be used for all small interventions in doctors' offices and clinics in ENT, for plastic surgery and in dermatology. The unit is state-of-the-art technology, yet ready and easy to use for everyone. The control surface is user-friendly and straightforward, and wrong handling can be more or less precluded.
What is AutoRFT?
AutoRFT is an automatic function that controls the tissue condition in the monopolar and bipolar mode of the unit and adjusts the power output accordingly to the tissue structure and condition. The AutoRFT function permanently measures the electric resistance relating to the tissue condition.
Bipolar coagulation mode
In bipolar coagulation the power output is reduced in relation to the degree of coagulation and the desiccation of the tissue to a minimum of 30 % of the initial setting.
Monopolar cut mode
During monopolar cutting the unit adjusts the output exactly as needed to the type of tissue within the setting chosen.
